How we review

Every review weighs licensing and safety, payment options and payout speed, game library and providers, bonus fairness (wagering, caps, exclusions), support quality, and responsible-gambling tooling.

Where we show a score, it is an editorial opinion on a 0–10 scale — not financial or gambling advice. Scores are built using weighted criteria described on our Rating system page.

Our desk-research process

We do not claim to have deposited or played at every operator we cover. Our reviews are built through structured desk research on publicly available information, checked against the same criteria each time.

• Licensing — licence status and holder details in public regulator registers (e.g. UKGC, Ksa, GGL, ANJ, DGOJ).
• Bonus terms — welcome offers, wagering, caps, and game exclusions cross-checked against the operator's current terms & conditions.
• Payments — published deposit/withdrawal methods, stated processing times, and fees as listed on the operator site.
• Game library — providers, game categories, and published RTP or rules where the operator discloses them.
• Responsible gambling — self-exclusion, deposit limits, reality checks, and links to national helplines visible on the site.

Where we cannot verify a claim from public sources, we say so or omit it. We do not invent hands-on test results or real-money payout timings.

Data sources

Scores and copy are grounded in the sources below. We date-stamp checks where licensing or bonus terms are cited.

• Public licensing registers — UK Gambling Commission (UKGC), Netherlands Kansspelautoriteit (Ksa), Germany Gemeinsame Glücksspielbehörde (GGL), France ANJ, Spain DGOJ, and equivalent regulators where relevant.
• Operator terms & conditions, bonus rules, and help/FAQ pages (current published versions).
• Operator payment pages listing methods, limits, and stated processing times.
